Uplifting Communities, One Step at a Time – Magic Wings Trust
Mrs. Yasotha Manikandan lost her parents during her childhood. She completed her education with the support of NMCT NGO. After finishing her studies, she worked at NMCT and later served in an international NGO in Germany. These experiences inspired her dream of starting her own NGO.
Her lifelong vision is to establishTraining Centre ,NGO and a play school with the mission of providing quality education and skill development to needy children and women.
She also wished to marry someone who shared the same passion for social service. Eventually, she met Mr. Manikandan P, a kind-hearted human being.
Mr. Manikandan too faced a difficult childhood. His lifelong motto is to create a society free from child labour.
Together, they founded the Magic Wings Charitable Trust. Their initiative was strongly supported by friends and well-wishers. They began with a dedicated team of 15 members who contribute monthly and actively participate in serving children and women through various NGO activities.
- On June 6, 2025, Magic Wings Charitable Trust was established as a Public Charitable Trust under the Indian Trusts Act of 1882. Magic Wings Charitable Trust has received PAN, DARPAN and other required registration certificates.
